DOUGLAS M. CARHART, 74, of Norris, Tenn., died April 25, 1984, at St. Marys Hospital, Knoxville, Tenn.
A son of Leon and Mary Richardson Carhart, he was born April 9, 1910, at Pittsburgh.
Mr. Carhart was a minister of Northern Indiana County Parish from 1961-1969. He was an area minister for Kiskiminetas Presbytery.
Surviving are his wife, Estelle G. Carhart; five children: Mrs. Harry (Mary Lu) George, Daniel G. Carhart, Mrs William (Ruth Anne) Buterbaugh, Mrs. James (Elizabeth) Hall, and Mrs. Blair (Lois) Brown; and a brother Robert C. Carhart.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Leonard Carhart.
Interment was made on April 28, in Norris Memorial Gardens, Norris, Tenn.
Estelle died at the age of 94 on 18 Feb 2007 in Tennessee, United States. She was buried in Norris Memorial Gardens, Andersonville, Anderson, Tennessee, United States [Find A Grave Memorial #57472190].
