WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. -- Charles H. Imlay died Saturday at his home, 303 3rd St. He had formerly resided at Red Bank and Fair Haven, N. J., where he operated the Imlay Frame Shops.
Mr. Imlay was born in Northport, L. I., son of the late David and Phoebe Imlay.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Helena Carhart Imlay; a son, Robert Imlay; a daughter, Mrs. Aage F. Nielsen, and three grandchildren, all of Fair Haven.
The Adams Memorial Home, Red Bank, is in charge of arrangements.
Helene died at the age of 88 on 28 Dec 1979 in Polk County, Florida, United States.
