In the name of God, Amen:
I Gershom Moore of Titusville in the County of Mercer and State of New Jersey do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament as follows, viz: First It is my will and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be after my decease.
Second. I give and bequeath unto George L. Moore (my son), al my wearing apparel; three shares of the Taylorsille Delaware Bridge Company; and all my right title and interest in the Sand Gully Fishery.
Third: I give and bequeath unto Mary Catharine Burroughs (my daughter) Five Hundred dollars ($500.00) also five shares of the Centre Bridge Company.
Fourth - I give and bequeath unto my wife Julia seven hundred dollars; also all my household goods; and her one third portion.
All the rest of my property wheresoever situate or whatever the same may be is to be divided equally between my son George L. Moore and my daughter Mary Catharine Burroughs.
I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Julia Moore executrix of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof, I have hereto set my hand and seal this Twenty eighth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.
