last will and testament of
Stephen Carhart, deceased,
Satisfactory proof having been made by affidavit of the due service of the citation on all the heirs at law of and next of kin to said deceased, by which citation they were required to appear and attend the proof and probate of said at the house of Alvin S. Perkins, in the village of Oxford, in said county of Chenango, on the 22nd day of March 1852, and Sarah Carhart , Executrix and Ambrose M. Carhart, Executor, having appeared and offered said will for proof and probate and no one appeared to oppose such proof and probate and the last will and testament of the said Stephen Carhart, deceased, having been duly proved by the oaths of the subscribing witnesses thereto and it appearing from such proof and probate, that the said will was duly executed that the testator at the time of executing the same was in all respects, competent to execute this said last will and testament and to devise real estate and personal estate, and not under any restraint. It is ordered that said will be established as a valid will of real and personal estates and admitted to proof and probate, and that said will and proofs and examinations taken thereon be recorded, And the said Sarah Carhart and Ambrose M. Carhart, Executors, named in said will having taken and subscribed the oaths of office. It is ordered that letters testamentary be issued to them.
