Second. Subject to the above provisions of my Will for my Wife, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate which shall be remaining at the death of my said wife, to my son Washington E. Mowry, to take effect in possession at the death of my said wife, subject however to the payment by my said son Washington, of Five Hundered Dollars to each of my daughters, Narcissa Wheeler and Philo Seeley as soon after the death of my said Wife as reasonably may be and in case either of my said daughters shall not be living at the death of my said Wife, then the child or children of either of my said daughters having so died, shall have and take the share which the Mother if living would take by this clause of my Will.
Third. I give, devise and bequeath to my said son Washington, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars which I hereby declare to be a charge upon the real estate herein before devised to be him, to be taken and held in trust by him and the same invested, reinvested and kept invested upon good and safe security at the death of my said Wife, and the interest thereon paid annually to my son Frank Mowry during the term of his natural life, the said principal sum and all accumulations thereon to vest at the death of my said son Frank, in his his child of children who shall survive him, share and share alike.
Likewise, I made, constitute and appoint my Wife Hannah M. Mowry to be Executrix and my son Washington E. Mowry to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoked all forever Wills by me made.
