FORMER RESIDENT, DIES
Mrs. Adeline C. Harms, 82 died Saturday morning at the Lutheran Home for the Aged in Fremont. She had been in ill health for the past 14 years and a resident of the home for the past four years. Her son, Wilhelm H. Harms of Fremont, was with her at the time of death.
The funeral service was held at the Salem Lutheran church in Fremont on Tuesday, with burial in the Hooper Cemetery.
Born March 10, 1864, in Holland, Mrs. Harms came to America with her parents when she was a young girl. She was married to Henry C. Harms in 1890 and resided at Hooper, moving to Fremont in 1908.
Survivors are her son, Wilhelm of Fremont; a grandson, Mervin Le Roy Harms of Omaha; and a stepson, George Harms of Giltmore, Neb. Mr. Harms died on Dec. 6, 1918, and a son, John, died Nov. 27, 1918.
