ELSIE TETLEY CARHART, 97, of Largo, Fla., formerly of RED BANK, died Sept. 5 at Marton Plant Rehabilitation Center, Clearwater, Fla. She was a lifelong resident of Red Bank, where she was associated with a well-known family business, Tetley's Inc., Red Bank, for many years until her retirement in 1968. She moved to Largo, Fla., in 1980.
Surviving are one daughter, Betty Lake Behler, Largo, Fla.; two grandchildren, Richard L. Jeffrey, Bedminster, and Linda Jeffrey Hauser, Holly Springs, N.C.; one nephew, Richard Tetley, Little Silver; and six great-granddaughters.
National Cremation Society, Largo, Fla., is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Little Silver.
