SANTA ANA, Nov. 5. -- Funeral services will be conducted in the Winbigler chapel here tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. for Rev. Albert E. Carhart, 87 years of age, one of the organizers of the Anti-Saloon League, and a retired Methodist minister, who died at his home, 611 Orange avenue, Friday. He attained national recognition for his anti-liquor work while a minister in South Dakota.
He leaves his widow, Mrs. Cecilia W. Carhart; two sons, R. A. Carhart of Los Angeles, and Walter Carhart of Chile, and two daughters, Mrs. Burdella Mankey of Santa Monica, and Miss Charlotte Carhart of Santa Ana.
Cecelia died at the age of 80 on 18 Jun 1934 in Orange County, California, United States.
