In the name of God Amen. I, Mary Elizabeth Carhart wife of Lewis Carhart of the town of Coeymans Albany County and State of New York, being of sound disposing mind and memory, do make and publish, this my last will an testament in manner following to wit:
First. I give devise and bequeath to Lewis Carhart my husband of the town of Coeymans Albany County New York, all the real and personal property of which I may die seized and possessed and to his heirs and assigns forever.
Lastly, I appoint William Mosher of the town of Coeymans, Albany County New York executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In Witness Whereof I have hereto subscribed my name this 22nd day of February A.D. 1871.
