Will Be Married Coming Saturday
Miss Elsie Mae Carhart Will Be Bride of Edward C. Edmonds at Cincinnati.
Miss Elsie Mae Carhart, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Carhart of Wayne, and Mr. Edward C. Edmonds of Cincinnati, Ohio, son of Dr. and Mrs. C. W. Edmonds of Sumner, Neb., will be married Saturday, June 17, in Cincinnati, Miss Carhart planning to leave alone today by train for that place. The young folks will make their home in Cincinnati where Mr. Edmonds is employed in the office of the Ohio National Life Insurance company.
Miss Carhart's dress is of white eyelet embroidered organdie with turban and gloves of white organdie.
Miss Carhart is a former University of Nebraska student and a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Mr. Edmonds is a graduate of the university in Lincoln and is affiliated with Delta Upsilon fraternity.

Has Tea for Daughter
Mrs. C. E. Carhart was hostess Monday at afternoon tea complimenting her daughter, Miss Elsie Mae Carhart, who leaves today for Cincinnati where she will be married Saturday. About 50 relatives and friends were guests Monday and were shown Miss Carhart's trousseau. Mrs. John Carhart poured. Tea cakes were in pink and lavender. Garden flowers were attractive table and home decorations. Miss Anita Felber of Laurel, was an out of town guest.
